One day, my mom randomly comes home and says she got clipper tickets. so i was really excited. she said they weren't suit though. so i thought no free food ): BUT they were section 105 which meant they were pretty close. I have always been amazed at how coaches and players communicate with each other because on TV it looks like you can barely hear what the person next to you is saying. Saw Danny Granger walk right below me to the locker room. Good game, Clips didnt' lose! HAHA.

happy bday john wang (: i get so tired. i'm slowly declining. coffee cant even keep me up anymore. i'm like an old engine that has 100,00 miles + on it. i'll still run but not at its fullest potential. slowly going awayyy. i dont know how much longer i can last. people dont even know who i am and they can just judge me. they dont think highly of me. they think they're better than me. i thought all men were created equal. social status is superfluous now. its who you are, not what you are. i dont need to flaunt to be who i am. i keep it on the down lowww. sometimes i feel like i'm so restricted, but my parents now what they're doing. its all for the better. i know it. i can tell. for a scholarship app, i was asked for family income. i dont even know how much my parents make. it doesn't matter to me though that my mom has become so high in position. she deserves it because she worked her way up. she doesnt want me to know our income because she thinks once i know, i'll be flamboyant. she just said, i can retire right now and go take a vacation for the rest of my life. geez whats that supposed to mean? i dislike people being materialistic. it gets the best of us. nice cars. nice clothes. nice shoes. newest technology. newest releases. newest everything. i admit i'm a bit materialistic sometimes. i try to keep it at a minimum though. sometimes i say 'oh, he has a nice car. or nice shoes' but thats because its probably a passion. you wouldn't know how hard it is to make money until you actually worked yourself. it really isn't that easy. mortgage, utilities, bills, gas. your whole salary's gone!
on another note,
everyday, i go to sleep feeling that i've tried my best. i really do. i never give up. its just fuel to my fire. you piss me off. i'm even more driven. you dont think i can. i will prove to you i can. you look down on me. you just threw a huge log into my fire. and boy is it burninggg. i just want to be appreciated for the things i do. maybe a thank you once in a while. gracias if two words is too much for you. everything i do, its just to please other people. i jsut think: if they're happy, i'm happy. i dont mind pleasing others, its just that i dont even deal with myself first. i feel like shit. i dont even take care of myself. i'm an engine whose been slacking on oil changes. why cant people see the good in me? people always start with the negatives. i can never please anyone. there's always something i do wrong. okay. i'm done rantingg

it's so fucking hard dealing with this. if you didn't know, i had five fucking minutes to say all that i had to say when she took her last breaths in the intensive care unit back in december. you know how hard that was? i didnt' even know if she could hear me. i needed days, weeks, months, years, to say all i needed to say. it wasn't even a private moment. even after so many months later, i went to the waiter and said 'party of five', when there's only four of us. how come i always cry when i think about all the times we had together? its because you were so special to me. no one can ever replace you. something's always missing at home now. i haven't been happy even once since you left. i'm not sure if i will ever be happy again. you guys must be saying, "why doesn't he just get over it?" its because i can't. if you had a grandma like this, then you would know how i feel. the instant i wasn't feeling well, she would book the next flight just to come over here from hong kong. well at least now i can sit on teh green grass by your side and look at the view and talk about anything while your resting in peace. i've driven her only once in my life. from the hospital after a transfusion to home. thats it. i had dreams when i was young that i would buy her a house that she deserved when i grew up. passing by her house is never easy. i always tear up going around that corner. thinking about all the little things she did for me just hurts me ): i even knew she loved me more than my brother and i took that for granted. who else would make sure that my sideburns were even? my collar was down? my back was straight? my bed was neat? my clothes ironed? my eggs scrambled? who made sure i ate first before she had her meal? only my grandma.

so i went to berkeley area for 3 days. 6ish hr drive. drove half the time with dad's v8 ftw (: visited uc berkeley. area around it is ghetto. actual campus is really nice. i can imagine myself there. hate one way streeets though. hopefully i can get in :/ also visited stanford, the place i'll never be at ): i went on the tour with a "bleh" mood but it changed to teh opposite once the tour began. the campus is actually really nice. spanish style villas with red roofs! the people there are awesome. i imagined nerds with books all teh time. but the ppl there were really well rounded. also went to few outlets. gilroy and camarillo. they were huge. on teh way back, stopped at santa barbara beach for a quick stop. its okay. nothing too special.

so i went to sd again -_- to accompany my mom because her driving at night sucks LOL she had to take CPE classes to continue her CPA certificate. 80 hrs every 2 years. The night we came down my stomach started hurting. then my head starts hurting. then i had a 105 degree fever. then i started getting dizzy. then i couldn't see. i was so weak. no appetite watsoever. thankfully my uncle and aunt were there to take care of me. they had some interesting tactics like drink gatorade lol because i was losing electrolytes. so i was supposed to get some hw done but ended sleeping all day. i was bored and went outside and took a few photos.

I had two options with the insurance and car.
#1: take the check $6,200 baby :)
#2: take the check and buy back the damaged car for $1,200 and use $3,500 to fix it and keep the rest.

unfortunately, accidents do happen in life. at least no one got hurt. On thursday, june 11, there was one of those accidents. i was in my room when this happened. the silver accord was supposed to head towards the left, but hit the suv and spun. as a result, the suv went straight into my car. surprisingly, the driver was paul dresser. what a coincidence LOL. he left with a couple of scratches. all 3 cars had pretty bad damage. cops came. tow truck man came and separated my car from the suv. and what sucks even more is that the toyota suv was brand new, doesnt even have a license plate yet.

So junior year is coming to an end. that means we're almost seniors! this year has been full of up and downs. It was hectic, of course, but not as bad as people say it is. All i do is sleep & watch movies. Minority Report is pretty intensee. In chem, we had an ice cream party, but lui and i ended up phailing our ice cream ): all soggy! can't wait till summer's here! even though i just picked up AP Rhet summer work pooo. my summer is birthday&internship&summerwork&chill.

friends, amigos, pengyou all mean the same thing. However, the definition can be very, very vague.
Some people i just say "hi & bye" too. To me, these "friends" aren't actually friends. I dont even know what to call it (a half-friend?). Survival of the Fittest, Charles Darwin. I'm sure everyone has many friends, but some of my so called friends just ask for help on english or math homework. I dont mind helping, I love aiding in the success of others. These people seek help to better themselves and to advance their own lives. To be honest, i may seem like i have lots&lots of friends, but in reality, i DON'T. I only have a few true FRIENDS. These people pick me up when I'm down and see the good in me. They are there not because they have an obligation, its because THEY WANT TO BE THERE. I really do appreciate everything they do for me. Most of the time, I am stoic for some reason, I may not express my gratitude towards them. Just want to let you guys know that i am grateful i have you guys. You guys know who you are. I would die if i didnt' have them.

A replacement can engender good & bad consequences. If you're the one being replaced, usually not a good sign. However, if you're the replacement, might be a good thing. Sometimes being replaced can really hurt. I guess you just have to move on? For example, Derek Fisher of the Lakers had a usual routine: starting point guard of the Lakers. However, slowly,but surely, he was being replaced by Shannon Brown & Jordan Farmer. Although his playing time was cut short, he supported both of them and trusted the duo to run the offense. Fisher is a great guy and a true competitor: willing to sacrifice for the better. Maybe it's jsut destiny (Deja Vu lol). REEMPLEZAR: an action that can alter everything.

I haven't updated in a million years! all of this ap testing and stress is finally over. i can't wit till summer is here! Since i wasn't lucky enough to get civics/econ, i only have an internship to do, which should be a fun&great experience. So my summer will be really chill and i'm glad. Anyone wanna hang?, just llamarme. Lotsa stuff has happened these past weeks. Dont know where to start. AP calc was decent, Chemistry was decent, US History was tiring. Hopefully i pass all of em. We're watching Deja Vu in Watkins' class and Hitch in Chem. Both great movies. At home, i watched Seven Pounds, such a bomb movie. Denzel & Will Smith ftw.

On to badminton, league finals was intense. I got 3rd in mixed doubles and 2nd in singles. I lost to Patrick from West Co. I'll get him back next year (: So we went to CIF and did'tn do so well. Lost 1st game in mixed and lost 2nd round in singles. I talked to patrick and he's a chill guy. I respect losing to him, he's so good! and on top of that, he's sponsored o.o i wish i got free rackets! HHAHA Now i regret that i didn't try as hard as last season. I'm slower & weaker. This summer, I am going to work so hard to get it all back to what it used to be. No one's gonna stop me. I'm determined.

AUSTIN and his POWER STREAM! AHAH

I just got back from austin's house doing our allegory project with him, jessica, and bengay! got there around 1 and stayed till 10. Overall, it was fun though! When i ring his doorbell, austin and his mom tell me to hurry and come in to watch boston and chicago ahah so funny (: so we did our allegory project. took a whileee LOL. to make our "dirty" sink, i stuck my hand in mud that look likes crap and stained the box -_-. Also, my group helped me wash mi coche! thankss IOU austin. jessica and i took turns playign musicaa while we were all working. austin's huge & soft cat just kept wandering aimlessly. we ate kfc. now i'm home studying historical characters. Tomorow will be a loooong day. i know it. get to school at 6 for fliers -_- and a historical char exam and a CIF playoff game. Boy do austin and i needa go to starbucks tomorw morning :) i will customize my blog hopefully later and make it more visually appealing :p Here's lotsa picss.

Counting Down the Days

Seems like everyday i have to study apush! day#1, day #2, day #3 etc. seems liek it'll go on forever. as simple as it is, i'm just counting down the days untill all my stress is over. Less than a month, i know i can make it! So freddie lent me his aj rafael cd (he's bomb) and i've been listening to "starlit nights" forever and ever. Taking a look at my life, there has been many ups and many downs as well. Lately, i feel as if there's been a ton of bricks just falling from the sky onto me. However, i know i can only do SO much to stop them. Some things i just can't control. The only thing to do is to try to avoid the downfalls and have hope that the future will be bright. By the way, i miss my mom's cooking ): HAHAH

saturday april 18th - diamond bar bday. so hot that dayy. lloyd and i worked the environmental services booth. i actually learned something new; its illegal to throw away those energy efficient lightbulbs now. haha. everyone went to our booth to get those recyclable grocery bag thingies. For lunch, we had "super nachos," the biggest nachos ever. split it 3 way -.- then i went to piano and now i have hope that i can pass level 8 royal D:

sunday april 19th - went to randys. austin was there. we got double 800's sweet! after that i watched teh lakers game and then went to brea with mi madre. Went to borders to get ap chem and mom wanted to shop LOL. studied apush for like forever.

monday april 20th - STAR testing! ughh so boringg ): everyone finished early ended up studying apush in watkins' room LOL. had an okay day, but i know tomorw will be better for sure ! (: after practice went with twins to run errands LOL :P my mom's leaving for hongkong tonight so i wish her a safe trip (: she comes back on cinco de mayo. maybe i'll take her out for taco tuesday when she comes back. might b FIVEEE for a buck that day :)

Tax Day

After seeing many blogs, i have decided to finally start my own! today's tax day, April 15. That means my mom can relax because she is finally done with her tax returns. ahah my day started off pretty bad. got my chem test back, hopefully it didn't drop my grade that much :/ next, we wrote our book bundle essay, which hopefully turned out pretty well (thanks to austin's super tiny but neat handwriting) AHAH. spanish was chill as usual except sorenson kept getting mad at me because i didn't wanna do that stupid patty cake to the song -_- during 4th, we watched the kennedy assasination like 50 billion times, that image is still stuck in my headd. Calc was chill, picked our seats (: jkoe, lloyd and bing!
After 5th we played a game vs. west covina. wanted to play patrick but it was my first time playing doubles with josh! thanks for carrying me :) HAHA It was a chill game as all the senior guys got a chance to play. After that, Josh, Mark, and the twins convinced me to go eat farmer boys with them. Good thing i went! 99cent cheeseburgers on wednesdays ftw.

now i'm eating my late snack and its bomb (; cheesecake! + grapes and cranberries? ahah random stuff put togetherr. (kisses on teh top!)
